Williamsport, Maryland

It is hard to believe that in two days our 2 year, 4 month RV journey will be finished. Today Williamsport, Tomorrow Roanoke then home to Pittsboro, NC. Williamsport is a quaint little town on the Potomac River. It was a key shipping point for coal in the early days of the US using the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal to move the coal to Washington DC.
Today, the downtown area is more residential than commercial and the local style is painted brick.
