My two favorite bears....Yellowstone

Raspberry and Snowflake....we saw this mom and cub a number of times in Yellowstone...but this encounter was the best.....there was a hill going down to a gully (parallel to the road} with a steep hill right up to the road....we saw the bears on the back hill....watched them go down to the gully and out of sight...we were parked on the side of the road....did not know where or if the bears would come out...I was in the passenger seat (0n a photo safari) ...... I heard a rustling in the bushes right below me me....the mama bear appeared 5 feet from me!!! looked right at me and my camera.....at the truck she turned to walk along the road...a heart-stopping moment!!! ANd yes...the window was down!! These photos are NOT cropped....
