Catcher Of The Fly

I felt lucky to see one of these little fellers. The Vermillion Flycatcher. In a tree next to me on a nearby golf course tee box. This pic is from the internet, lucky to see would be amazingly lucky to photograph live...
Flycatchers find a roost, then wait for winged insects to come by and then they zoom about, beak open, to scoop from the air a snack.  Many flycatchers are bland in color. My thanks go to Mr. Vermillion. It is always a gift to see a bird of color in the wild.
