White Sands National Monument

White Sands National Monument....surreal.....Stark white sand (actually gypsum) dunes all around.....created by wind and water.....Loved cycling in the NM.....was just awed by this place.... ....also went to Space History Museum.....a very well done museum...especially loved the burial site of Ham, the first chimp in space...If you are ever in Alamogordo NM (HEH???) go to these two places...
